If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any new, unblemished product purchased directly from Neunaber Technology within 15-days of delivery for a refund, unless otherwise noted and provided you meet the terms below. The purchase price excluding shipping shall be promptly refunded after the return has been received and inspected and all other terms of the return policy have been satisfied (see below).
In very rare cases, a pedal may arrive with something wrong with it. If something does not sound right to you, please contact me first—don't automatically assume this is normal and send it back. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If you are still not happy with your pedal after the problem has been resolved, we will honor the return policy from the time you first contacted us about the problem.
We understand that we can't please everyone, and maybe our piece of gear just isn't what you were looking for. If this is the case, simply follow the return shipping instructions below. You do not need an RMA number. Include your name and e-mail address in the package and state that you want a refund. Please e-mail me your tracking number when you ship the package. Refunds will be paid to the account (PayPal or credit card) used for the purchase. If you paid via postal money order, the refund can be made via PayPal or company check.
Terms
- This refund policy applies only to new, unblemished (A-stock) products purchased directly from Neunaber Technology and does not apply to products purchases through a dealer or third party, nor does it apply to B-stock and C-stock purchases.
- Refunds do not include shipping costs.
- You must ship the returned item within 15 days of the date of delivery as reported by the shipping carrier.
- Items must be returned with all originally-included packaging and accessories.
- Returns for refund must be in new, pristine condition, exactly as you received it. Any repair or service required to restore the item to new condition will be deducted from the refund. This includes but is not limited to any sign of visible wear or damage incurred during return shipping, so securely package your item.
- Products must be returned via USPS or EMS/post (international) with tracking and insurance. Packages are lost on occasion, so I recommend that you insure your shipment. If I do not receive your package, you will not receive a refund.
- Disassembling the product voids the refund policy. This means removing any part other than the bottom cover. We have ways of knowing when the product has been disassembled.
- Abuse of this return policy or purchases in "bad faith" shall void the refund policy and include but are not limited to the following: (1) purchases by a competing entity, (2) products disassembled by buyer, or (3) products misrepresented in publication by buyer.
- Non-compliance with any of the terms above may result in refusal of refund or partial refund, at our discretion.
