Unless otherwise specified, all products are stocked and will ship the next business day after your payment has cleared*. Orders received after 9 a.m. PST may ship the next business day.

If using PayPal, your order must ship to the address listed on the account; verify this address before completing your purchase. If you request shipment to a different address, your order will be cancelled. Please update your account with the correct address before ordering.

We ship via US Postal Service (USPS). To calculate your shipping cost, add items to your cart and click Calculate. If you have a special shipping request, please contact us before you order; otherwise, you order will be delayed.

*I cannot ship until PayPal clears your payment. PayPal sometimes reviews payments before releasing the funds, which takes about one extra day. I'm not sure why they do this, but it may be more likely if your account is new.

USA Only

Standard shipping is via First Class Mail. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery. We will e-mail you a tracking number.

If you need your order sooner, we offer Express Mail as an option during checkout. Note that Express Mail is typically 2 business days, sometimes 3. We do not offer a guaranteed overnight service. We will not be held responsible if you do not receive your order when you expected to.

We can ship to APO/FPO (military) addresses, but please let us know if customs forms are required for shipments to your address.

International

We encourage our international customers to use a parcel forwarding service such as Borderlinx or comGateway. These services provide extra value such as package consolidation, comprehensive tracking, and up-front payment of import taxes. It is easier for us, too; because we simply ship to a US address.

If you have special shipping requirements:

• because the postal service in your country is unreliable
• you need full tracking information
• you need date-certain arrival

then please use one of the parcel forwarding services above.

If you do choose to have your order shipped directly from Neunaber Technology, please note the following:

• Your address must be in the Latin alphabet, as required by the USPS. Please provide a translation into English if necessary.
• You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information.
• Standard shipping is via USPS First Class International Mail. Transit times vary greatly and depend on destination country/customs/season. 2-4 weeks is typical, but up to 6 weeks is not uncommon. You will receive a shipment notification via e-mail.
• Canada: tracking numbers start with "LZ" and have full tracking.
• All other countries: tracking numbers start with "LJ" and are only tracked to the point of departure in the USA. No further tracking information will be available after this point.
• During checkout, you will have an option for Express shipping via EMS (USPS Express Mail). Transit times are typically 1-3 weeks. You will receive a shipment notification e-mail, and your shipment will have full tracking.
